Thorsten Sierk studied law at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster. During and after his first exams, he worked as a research assistant in law firms, including a renowned boutique employment and labour law firm in Düsseldorf.
He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf, including a stint at a law firm specialising in employment and labour law. Parallel to his legal clerkship, he worked as a research assistant in the employment and labour law team at Gleiss Lutz before joining the SCHRAMM MEYER KUHNKE team in April 2021. His work focuses, among other things, on assisting with separation scenarios, drafting contracts and advising on compliance issues and restructurings.
