Nina Tholuck advises clients on all matters of collective and individual employment and labour law, in particular on the preparation and implementation of restructurings and on issues of works constitution and collective bargaining law.


In addition to advising on termination scenarios, the introduction and implementation of remuneration models as well as issues relating to employee leasing and the protection of trade secrets, including as co-author of the first practical handbook on the German Trade Secrets Protection Act, form an important focus of her work.

Handelsblatt/Best Lawyers and Leaders League regularly list Nina Tholuck among "Germany's best lawyers" and "Highly Recommended" in their rankings of leading employment and labour lawyers in Germany.

Short CV

Nina Tholuck studied law at the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and the Universidad Cardenal Herrera in Valencia, Spain.

She then completed her doctorate at Bucerius Law School with a thesis on group employment and labour law ("Social plan allocation by the conciliation committee at affiliated companies"). She completed her legal clerkship in employment and labour law at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court in Hamburg with stations in Düsseldorf and Oslo, Norway. In August 2015, Nina Tholuck was admitted to the bar and has since worked as a lawyer and partner at SCHRAMM MEYER KUHNKE.
